For Commissioned Police Officer Applicants

Applications for commissioned police officer positions are accepted on a continuous basis and are kept on file for a period of one year.  After one year, you will need to submit an updated application.  Applications must be completed in full.

Once completed, candidates can either scan and email all documents to policehiring@hillsboromo.gov or may drop off/mail a completed packet to the Hillsboro Police Department.

Resumes and cover letters are accepted as part of supplemental information only and will not be used as a substitute for the application.
